Most companies live or die by the strength of their Rolodexes. Most focus on building their client and contact databases, but many may be underutilizing their database of partners. In a down market, creativity is required to grow your business or even to hit your revenue targets.
This presentation will cover items you should assess before establishing a business networking strategy that will help you meet or achieve your business development and delivery goals. This session will provide valuable insights to novice and expert business developers alike. It will also give high-level descriptions of 6 business networking relationships: 3 for people who find and deliver business as individuals, and 3 for people who are interested in teaming with others to find and deliver large or complex opportunities they would not be able to execute alone.
